If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will then refund your money.

Non-damaged items may be returned and refunded; you are responsible for mailing the products to us. Once we receive the products, we will inspect them and refund your money within 24 hours.

We will not ship herbs and oils, overseas.  

We are not medical practitioners, and we do not treat or diagnose ailments.

The metaphysical properties of stones and crystals are historical references only. They do not replace the medical advice from your medical practitioner.

Stones and crystals are not promised to cure your ailment.  Everyone's experience with stone and crystal energy varies from person to person.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. 

FedEx and UPS have their own brokerage fees that we do not have control over. These fees are billed in addition to any duty and tax.

However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
